Yes, we agree that things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment but please give us as much notice as possible so we have time to fill your slot! We require at least 48 hours notice. We may request a deposit at time of booking for the following: Please note the deposit will be redeemable against the cost of the booking.
- Appointments over 3 hours
- High cost appointments
- Hair Extension appointments
If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled without the required 48 hours minimum notice then the fees below will apply.
- 48 hours — no charge.
- 24 hours — 50% charge.
- No show — 100% charge.
If you don’t show up, it has a huge impact on the team and our business. Continuous no shows will also be required to also pay a deposit when booking. Please let us know if you can’t make an appointment in good time so another client can take that booking.
