To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and please contact/ email us to make a return/refund request. Once we approve the return, the item(s) should be returned to us within 7 working days and once the item(s) have been received, they will be examined to ensure they are in a condition for resale, processed and a refund shall be given, and mail you return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

- Sale items are FINAL SALE AND cannot be returned
- The products are not returnable considering hygiene we need to maintain. In proven case of damaged or wrong delivery, we can provide appropriate resolution of replacement or refund on case-by-case basis.
- Product return is accepted for the following reasons: Product has been sold at a price more than the MRP product is within one month of/beyond expiry date.
